When you make a reservation, we ask you to provide certain personal information such as your name, email address, residential address, date of birth, telephone numbers, reservation details, information required for check-in or check-out, details of any event you are organizing at our hotel, and information necessary for processing payments, including credit card numbers (excluding CVV). By providing this information, you consent to its use by Le Grand R.

Please note that it is not secure to transmit your payment information, including credit card numbers, via email, SMS, or social media. To protect your data, please only transmit it through our online booking module, by telephone, or by fax.

We do not intend to collect personal information from minors (as defined by applicable laws). If such information is nevertheless transmitted to us, we encourage parents or guardians to contact us so that we can take appropriate steps to delete this information.

USE OF INFORMATION

The information we collect primarily allows us to identify you, contact you when necessary, personalize our service, and complete the transaction. Secondarily, this information helps us conduct market research to better meet our customers’ needs and improve the effectiveness of our website and promotional activities. When you make a reservation or purchase, you implicitly consent to your email address being added to our mailing list. If a third party attempts to make a booking on your behalf, such as a family member, friend, or colleague, that third party must provide the same personal information you would normally provide when making the booking. Unless otherwise specified, we assume that this third party has obtained your consent and authorization to provide us with your personal information and make the booking (and any associated changes) on your behalf, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The personal information provided by this third party is subject to our Privacy Policy and Practices. If a third party has your name, telephone number, address and booking number and attempts to change your booking, we will provide them with the requested information and allow them to make the changes, as we consider that you have given them permission to do so.
