Built directly facing Lake Bouillon and the mountains, the adjoining condos are just steps from the Clubhouse via an exterior walkway. These units are the closest to the Clubhouse, where you’ll find all our services.
The condo features an open-concept bedroom, a living room with a gas fireplace, television, and DVD player, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with a washer and dryer. Adirondack chairs are provided on your terrace so you can fully enjoy the lake and mountain views.

For late check-outs, a fee of $30 per additional hour will be charged, plus applicable taxes.

Booking Information
A 25% deposit of the total stay cost is required by credit card at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 48 hours prior to your arrival. If the booking is made less than 48 hours before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged to the credit card.
Upon Arrival
A $500 pre-authorization will be required on a credit card as a security deposit for the unit. In the event of damage, uncleanliness in the unit, or if the rules are not followed, the security deposit, in whole or in part, may be retained without prior notice. If everything is in order, the security deposit will be released after the unit has been inspected by our housekeeping department.
Room Service
Our eco-friendly club package does not include traditional room service during your stay. Please contact reception for any additional needs.
Cancellation Policy
Between the booking date and 10 days before your arrival date, no cancellation fee will be charged. Between 10 days and 48 hours before your arrival, a fee equivalent to the first night’s stay plus applicable taxes will be charged. Transferring your reservation to another date is possible without penalty. Within 48 hours of your arrival, the full amount of your stay will be charged, whether for cancellations or shortening your stay.
